Pieces with a Purpose|PGIF 26.02

This week in Bible, we have been exploring the story of Scripture from the very beginning. We studied the Garden of Eden and the fall of Lucifer, while learning that the stories of the Bible are not simply separate events. They are all connected, and ultimately they point us to one person: Jesus.

Our students also learned that we are part of that story. Before we were even created, God knew us and had a plan for us. Each of us has been created with gifts, a purpose, and a special place in His plan.

What a beautiful reminder of our theme this year: “Pieces with a Purpose: United in Christ.” Just as every piece is important to the whole, every student is an important part of our Meadow View family—and, even more importantly, a part of God’s story.

As we continue through this school year, my prayer is that our students will grow academically, spiritually, and personally as they discover more about who God created them to be.

Every piece has a purpose—together, we are united in Christ.

If you know a family looking for a Christ-centered education where students are known, loved, and encouraged to grow academically and spiritually, we’d love to welcome them to our school family.

We are in need of volunteers to help with student supervision, building maintenance and projects, and transportation. If you are able to help in any of these things or another way, please contact me at jcarnahan@mvja.org.

All volunteers are required to complete a criminal background check. Complete volunteer background check here.
